SGRC - Student Grievance Cell – GEMS College

The Student Grievance Cell at GEMS College serves as a dedicated platform to address the concerns and grievances of students in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The Cell is committed to ensuring a positive and supportive academic environment by upholding students’ rights and fostering mutual respect between students and the institution.
Objectives:
  • To provide a mechanism for redressal of student grievances related to academic, administrative, and personal issues.
  • To promote a responsive and accountable atmosphere in the institution.
  • To encourage students to express their concerns freely and without fear of retaliation.
Functions:
  • Receive and review grievances submitted by students.
  • Investigate the concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Facilitate prompt resolution in consultation with concerned departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.
Students may submit their grievances through the designated online portal or directly to the committee via written communication. The Cell ensures that every issue is addressed with seriousness and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
