CODE OF CONDUCT FOR TEACHERS
A code of conduct for teachers outlines the professional standards and expectations that educators should adhere to in their interactions with students, colleagues, and the College community.
Professionalism: Teachers should treat all students, parents, colleagues, and staff with respect, dignity, and fairness. They should recognize and value the diversity of individuals and cultures within the school community.
Respect: Teachers should prioritize the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of their students. They should create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement, respect, and positive relationships.
Professionalism: Teachers should treat all students, parents, colleagues, and staff with respect, dignity, and fairness. They should recognize and value the diversity of individuals and cultures within the school community.
Professional development: Teachers should engage in continuous professional development to enhance their knowledge, skills, and teaching practices. They should stay informed about new educational research, methodologies, and technologies to improve student learning outcomes.
Communication: Teachers should communicate effectively and respectfully with students, parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders. They should listen actively, provide constructive feedback, and encourage open and honest dialogue.
Boundaries:Teachers should establish appropriate professional boundaries with students to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment. They should avoid engaging in any behavior that may be perceived as inappropriate or harmful.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS
A code of conduct sets forth the expectations and standards of behavior that students should uphold while attending college. These codes are designed to promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for learning and personal growth.
Academic integrity: Students should maintain high standards of academic honesty and integrity. They should not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty. They should submit their own work and give proper credit to sources used in their academic pursuits.
Respect for others: Students should treat all members of the college community with respect, dignity, and fairness. They should not engage in discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any behavior that infringes upon the rights or well-being of others. This includes respecting diverse backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and opinions.
Personal responsibility: Students are expected to take responsibility for their actions and choices. This includes attending classes regularly, completing assignments on time, and actively participating in their educational pursuits.Students should also take responsibility for their personal well-being and make informed decisions regarding their physical and mental health.
Respect for property:Students should respect and take care of college property, including facilities, equipment, and resources. They should not engage in vandalism, theft, or any actions that could damage or misuse college property.
Alcohol and drug use:Students should comply with local laws and college policies regarding alcohol and drug use. They should refrain from engaging in illegal activities, underage drinking, or using illicit substances on college premises.
Safety and security:Students should prioritize the safety and security of themselves and others. They should follow college safety guidelines, report any safety concerns, and not engage in behavior that jeopardizes the well-being of the college community.
Digital etiquette:Students should adhere to appropriate online behavior and digital etiquette. This includes respecting others' privacy, refraining from cyberbullying, and using technology in a responsible and respectful manner.
Compliance with college policies:Students should familiarize themselves with and adhere to all college policies and regulations. This includes policies related to student conduct, use of college resources, parking, and any other guidelines set forth by the institution.

Environment consciousness:Students should refrain from the use of plastics thereby keeping the campus clean and green.
