The PG Department of Social Work, Gems arts and science college Autonomous,Ramapuram conducted a Workshop on Project Proposal Writing . Mr. Anas Tharakan, Assistant Professor, welcomed the participants and set the tone for the event, highlighting the importance of project proposal writing in the field of social work. Shahma PP 3rd semester MSW student , introduced the guest speaker, Mr. Biju George Kallolithadathil, CEO of NHF NGO Help Foundation India and Executive Vice President of Meridian Project Professionals. Mr. Kallolithadathil's presentation was insightful and engaging, covering topics such as project proposal writing, NGO registration, scope of social work, and the importance of PG diploma.
Rifana, 3rd semester MSW student , anchored the event with ease, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The participants were actively engaged, asking questions and seeking clarification on various aspects of project proposal writing.
The feedback session was a highlight of the event, with Swadique and Hafsana Haneefa, 3rd semester MSW students, sharing their thoughts on the presentation. Mr.Sarath K, Assistant Professor, and Ms.Anitha Parveen, HoD of the PG Department of Social Work, also offered their perspectives, emphasizing the relevance and importance of the topics discussed.
