The Training and Placement Cell organized a recruitment interview in collaboration with Kiddie Bus for part-time job opportunities. The program was conducted on 05 March 2026 at 9:30 AM at M. P. Narayana Menon Hall within the college premises.
The objective of the program was to provide students with an opportunity to explore part-time employment as Online Language Trainers, enabling them to gain practical experience while continuing their academic studies. The initiative also aimed to enhance students’ communication skills and provide exposure to professional recruitment processes.
The session began with a brief introduction by the Training and Placement Cell about the role and responsibilities associated with the position. Representatives from Kiddie Bus interacted with the students and explained the nature of the job, work requirements, expected skills, and flexible work opportunities available for students.
Interested students participated in the interview process, where they were assessed on their communication abilities, language proficiency, and overall suitability for the role of Online Language Trainer. The recruitment process helped students understand the expectations of employers and gave them valuable interview experience.
The program concluded successfully with active participation from students. The initiative proved to be beneficial as it opened part-time career opportunities and strengthened the connection between the institution and industry partners. The Training and Placement Cell continues to organize such programs to support students in gaining employment exposure and developing professional competencies.
