The Training and Placement Cell organized a Recruitment Drive on 16th February 2026 from 9.30 AM to 1.00 PM at the MP Narayana Menon Hall. The drive witnessed the participation of two reputed companies – Malabar Trading Company and Pinnacle Technologies.
The session commenced at 9.30 AM with a brief welcome and orientation for the company representatives. Students were briefed about the recruitment process and interview schedule. Both companies conducted their selection process through one-to-one personal interviews, providing candidates with an opportunity to directly interact with the recruiters and showcase their skills, knowledge, and communication abilities.
Malabar Trading Company focused on assessing candidates’ subject knowledge, confidence, and suitability for the offered roles. Similarly, Pinnacle Technologies conducted individual interviews evaluating technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and overall personality of the candidates.
The recruitment drive was conducted in a smooth and systematic manner under the coordination of the Training and Placement Cell. The company representatives appreciated the arrangements and the quality of students who attended the interview.
The drive concluded successfully at 1.00 PM. The program provided valuable exposure to students and helped them gain real-time interview experience, enhancing their confidence and career readiness.
