SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME "TEAM WORK MAKE DREAM WORK”
On January 01, 2019, the PG Department of Commerce organized a skill development programme on the topic "Team Work Makes Dream Works." The objective of this program was to enhance the participants' understanding of effective teamwork and its significance in achieving common goals. Mr. Mohamed Navas K, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Commerce, Gems arts & Science College was invited as the resource person to share his insights and knowledge on the subject. The skill development program took place in the seminar hall, which provided a conducive environment for learning and interaction. The event commenced at 10:30 am with the arrival of the participants and the resource person. The program co-ordinator, along with the faculty members, welcomed everyone and introduced Mr. Mohamed Navas K Mr. Mohammed Navas K began his presentation by emphasizing the importance of teamwork in personal and professional settings. He shared real-life examples and case studies that showcased the impact of effective collaboration on achieving organizational success. To encourage active participation and engagement, interactive sessions were organized throughout the programme. Participants were given opportunities to ask questions, share their experiences, and discuss challenges they faced in working as a team. Mr. Mohamed Navas K provided valuable insights and practical tips to address these challenges and promote effective teamwork. The skill development programme on "Team Work Makes Dream Works" was highly informative and beneficial for the participants. The PG Department of Commerce expresses its gratitude to Mr. Mohamed Navas. K for his valuable contribution. Special thanks go to the faculty members and the organizing committee for their efforts in arranging and coordinating the program.
