The Student Seminar Series was successfully conducted on Friday, 24th October 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Research and Innovation Centre. The program was organized by the Research Cell in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) with the objective of promoting research culture, academic engagement, and skill development among students. The seminar featured two student presentations from different disciplines, highlighting interdisciplinary learning and knowledge exchange.
The first presentation was delivered by Ms. Haneena M, S3 MSc Biotechnology, from the PG Department of General Biotechnology. Her talk, titled “Unveiling the Skin Microbiome for Cosmetic Applications through Metagenomics,” focused on the role of skin microbiota in cosmetic science and the application of metagenomic approaches to study microbial diversity.
The second presentation was given by Ms. Fathimma Fidha, S3 BBA, from the Department of Management Studies. Her topic, “Time Management for Business Students,” highlighted effective strategies for managing academic and professional responsibilities.
