The Staff Recreation Club of Gems Arts and Science College, Ramapuram, organized a Staff Onam celcbration on 29th August 2025, bringing together both teaching and non-teaching staff
for a day filled with fun, camaraderie, and celebration. The event was held from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Event Highlights:
The event saw enthusiastic participation from a majority of the staff members, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. A variety of engaging activities and competitions were conducted, allowing staff members to showcase their talents and skills. The events were designed to
promote teamwork, creativity, and healthy competition. Winners of each event were awarded delightful prizes, adding an element of excitement and motivation to the celebrations.

Objective and Outcome


The primary aim of the Staff Onam celebration was to enhance the connection among team members and provide a joyful atmosphere for relaxation and bonding. The event successfully achieved its objectives, as staff members from different departments came together, interacted, and enjoyed each other's company.
