NUOVO INIZIO
As a part of one week orientation program for first semester students Post Graduate Department of English and Department of Multimedia in association with IQAC conducted NUOVO INIZIO, an interactive session with Mr. P. Sudhakaran (Author,Translator, Journalist). The session was highly informative and interactive and the same happened on 6th October 2021 at 10am in virtual platform(Google Meet). Mr.Raghu M.D (Head of the Department, Multimedia) delivered the welcome speech. Ms Sruthi B Nair (Asst. Professor English) moderated the session and introduced the guest to the participants. Mr. Subeesh C (Asst Professor English) made the concluding note. Mr.Anand C (Head of the Department,English) presented the vote of thanks.First year and second year students of both the department participated.Teachers and students actively participated in the same. The session opened the door to career opportunities in the field of literature and media.

Congratulations
The University of Calicut has published the provisional combined position list which announces the rank of students under various colleges. Mr.Subin Mohammad Korambayil and Ms.Fathima Nishada of the Department of multimedia has won the First Rank and Second Rank respectively. We are Proud to express with joy that, this is the 6th time the Department of Multimedia , GEMS Arts and Science college, Ramapuram, achieving the First Rank in the University level.
