Delivered 26th Foundation day lecture of the Central Muga ,Eri Research & Training Institute ( Central Silk Board) Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India on 5th September 2025 at Lahdoigarh Assam

Dr.BG Unni Director Academic & research delivered the 26th Foundation day of the institute on 5th September 2025. The title of his lecture was “ Muga , (Antheraea Assama ) silkworm and his two decades of research experience”.

        The meeting was attended by the official representing Silk board from North East India, Farmers, Members of Assam Science Society and students. Dr.Unni also inaugurated a year  long program  called “ SUTRA” Silkworm Understanding Through Research and Analysis at the foundation day celebration
