The third day of the Faculty Development Program 2025–26 at GEMS Arts and Science College featured a session by Dr. B G Unni, Director of Academic and Research at GEMS. Held on 28th May 2025 at 10:45 AM in the GEMS Theatre, the session focused on "The role of faculties in strengthening an academic institution". The talk highlighted the critical contributions of faculty members towards institutional growth, innovation, and academic excellence. The event was organized as part of an IQAC initiative to foster professional development and institutional advancement.
