The Department of Computer Science at GEMS Arts and Science College, in collaboration with IQAC, organized a Cybersecurity Awareness Program on November 13, 2024, to celebrate National Cybersecurity Awareness Month. The event, held at 10:30 am in the Computer Science Lab, aimed to educate students on the latest cybersecurity threats and preventive measures. Mr. Anwer Swadique, Senior Cybersecurity Researcher from Offenso Hacker Academy, delivered the keynote, highlighting the importance of proactive cybersecurity through real-life examples. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, offering practical insights and fostering discussions. The program was a success, enhancing cybersecurity awareness among attendees.
