The Department of Computer Applications, in association with the Department of Physical Education, organized an Awareness and Demonstration Session on 20th June 2025 in connection with International Yoga Day.
The session aimed to promote the importance of physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga among students and faculty members. Ms. Sneha S, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education, led the session with great enthusiasm and expertise.
During the session, Ms. Sneha highlighted the significance of incorporating yoga into daily life to improve flexibility, concentration, and overall health. She also demonstrated a series of simple yet effective yoga asanas and breathing techniques that can be practiced by individuals of all age groups.
Participants actively took part in the demonstration, showing great interest and enthusiasm. The session was highly interactive and beneficial, leaving a positive impact on all attendees.
