The PG Department of General Biotechnology, in association with the Research Cell, organized a mini exhibition (Samagra) on November 12, 2024, to celebrate World Science Day and Immunization Day. The event took place at the Research and Innovation Centre from 10:30 AM onwards. Dr. Ibrahim Shibil, the Chief Guest and Government Medical Officer at CHC Puzhakkattiri, delivered an awareness session on immunization for the 8th standard students of MSPEMHS School, Malappuram highlighting the importance of vaccines in preventing diseases and promoting public health. Welcome address for the program was given by Ms. Ranjusha VP, Head of the Department. Opening remarks of the program was delivered by Dr. B G Unni, Academic and Research Director. Vice Chairman, Shri Vasudevan Master, Director board member Shri Hamza master felicitated the function. Vote of thanks for the program was proposed by Dr. Nayana P. The program concluded with a film screening for the students of MSPEMHS School Malappuram. ‎
