The event saw active participation from dedicated NSS volunteers, JRC children, employed workers, and enthusiastic local residents. The event commenced at approximately 10:15 AM, with the formal inauguration of the project by the MLA. This ceremony marked the beginning of a day filled with purpose and community collaboration. By the end of the day, around 4:15 PM, the creek had been transformed. It was not only clear of debris and plastic waste but also featured a functional check dam that would contribute to water conservation and environmental sustainability in the region.
