Faculty Development Programme 2: Common Monsoon Diseases in India
Gems Arts and Science College, Ramapuram began the faculty development programme-Lecture series. The venture is successfully moving ahead. The second seminar was presented by Ms.Shaheena A, Assistant professor, PG Department of Microbiology on the topic Common Monsoon Diseases in India and its Prevention. The presentation was on 11th February 2022 at 3.40pm in Google platform. The seminar coordinator Dr.B G Unni(Academic and Research Director) was evaluated by external and internal panel members. All the faculty members actively participated .

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME: FRIDAY SEMINAR
Gems Arts and Science College in association with IQAC has decided to conduct Friday seminar, a lecture series by the faculties and for the faculties. It primarily aims at enhancing the lecturing skills of faculties by giving them opportunities to present the same in front of eminent, experienced personalities. The faculties of all the departments will present a seminar on any topic and the presentation will be evaluated by a panel of experts. The seminar will takes place twice in a month on Friday from 3.40pm to 4.10pm in online platform. The best speaker of a semester will be honoured by the end of the semester. The venture begins on 28th January 2022
