On December 5, 2024, GEMS Arts and Science College celebrated World Soil Day under the Natural Club with the theme "Caring for Soils". The program, held at MP Narayana Menon Hall from 1:30 to 3:30 PM, began with a welcome address by Rinshidha, the student coordinator, followed by a presidential address by Abdul Latheef Aslam C, Natural Club Coordinator. The event was inaugurated by IQAC Coordinator Finose. Mr.Saragan  conducted an insightful session titled "To Know the Soil", covering topics like soil nutrients, farming techniques, soil types, and sustainable agriculture. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Ribil Roshan and was a resounding success.
