The Department of Computer Application, in association with IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell), Gems Arts and Science College, organized a seminar on June 17, 2022, to emphasize the significance of academic projects in the IT industry. The session was led by Mr.MASHOOD MOHAMMED(senior developer, Grapesgenix). The seminar aimed to enlighten students about the practical benefits of undertaking such projects, including the application of theoretical knowledge and the acquisition of crucial skills. It highlighted the relevance of problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities in the IT sector and emphasized how academic projects contribute to their development. The seminar also stressed the importance of fostering innovation, encouraging research, and establishing strong industry-academia collaborations to prepare students for successful careers in the dynamic IT industry. 28 students attended this program.
