A WEBINAR ON "POST-COVID CHANGES"
On June 25, 2021, at 7:00 PM, Dr. Abdulla Adil, Senior Resident in Critical Care Medicine, conducted a webinar titled "Post-COVID Changes." This event focused on highlighting the enduring impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare systems, society, and individuals. Throughout the webinar, Dr. Adil discussed crucial topics such as long-term health effects, healthcare system resilience, the rise of telemedicine, mental health consequences, vaccine distribution, global collaboration, and health equity. Dr. Abdulla Adil's webinar on Post-COVID Changes provided valuable insights into the long-term impact of the pandemic on healthcare systems, society, and individuals. The presentation shed light on the need for healthcare infrastructure improvements, the accelerated adoption of telemedicine, the significance of addressing mental health concerns, the challenges of long COVID syndrome, and the importance of vaccination campaigns. This information will be crucial for healthcare professionals, policymakers, and researchers asthey navigate the post-pandemic landscape and work towards building more resilient and responsive healthcare systems. About 37 participants attended the program.

Summary: On May 30, 2023, a webinar on Research Publications was conducted via Google Meet. The webinar featured Arthi Lakshmi, Assistant Professor from the Department of Biosciences at Sreekrishna College, Coimbatore, as the resource person. Faculties and students from JDT ISLAM College of Arts and Science, SAFI Institute of Advanced Studies, and GEMS College of Arts and Science actively participated in the event. The webinar commenced at 5:00 PM on the scheduled date. The participants joined the session through the Google Meet platform, allowing for seamless communication and interaction. Arthi Lakshmi, an experienced Assistant Professor in the field of Biosciences, served as the key speaker for the session. The resource person provided insights into the process of writing research papers, starting from the selection of an appropriate research topic to the final publication. During the webinar, the participants actively engaged in discussions and raised queries related to research publications. Overall, the webinar on Research Publications facilitated a fruitful exchange of knowledge and ideas among the faculties and students from JDT ISLAM College of Arts and Science, SAFI Institute of Advanced Studies, and GEMS College of Arts and Science. The session provided valuable insights and practical guidance to the participants, empowering them to enhance their research publication skills and contribute effectively to their respective fields of study. About 70 students attended the program.
